Multi-company invoicing softwareSeveral companies, one login.
If you own a trading company, a holding and a side business, you shouldn't need three accounts and three passwords. In FocalHQ each company is its own workspace, and you move between them in a click.

Add the company
Look it up in the EU VAT registry (VIES) by VAT number, or enter it by hand. Companies in Romania can also be added from the trade registry.
- 2
Set it up like the first
Its own invoice series, currencies, clients and suppliers. Nothing is copied over unless you add it.
- 3
Invite the right people
Invite teammates or your accountant to that company only, as Owner, Admin or Member.
- 4
Switch when you need to
Pick the company from the sidebar. Everything on screen — invoices, bills, expenses, cash — is that company's.
Manage multiple companies
Separate where it matters, shared where it helps.
Data fully isolated
Invoices, bills, expenses, documents and people belong to one company and never appear in another.
Own numbering per company
Each company keeps its own invoice series, so numbers never collide between entities.
Own inbox per company
Every company gets its own address for supplier bills, so a bill always lands in the right books.
Roles per company
You can be Owner of one company and Member of another. Access is decided company by company.
One login
Sign in once with Google, on the web or the iPhone app, and reach every company you belong to.
Different currencies
A company invoicing in EUR and another in GBP each keep their own defaults and clients.
Multi-entity, small team
Built for owners who run more than one company.
Multi-entity software is usually sold to finance teams with consolidation, intercompany eliminations and a long implementation. FocalHQ is for a different situation: one owner or operations lead who issues the invoices and pays the bills for two, three or ten small companies, and wants to stop logging in and out.
Each company has its own invoices, clients and series, and its own cash flow, so owner withdrawals and taxes stay with the entity they belong to.
There is no combined report across companies; each company's numbers are kept apart on purpose.

Plans
How many companies each plan includes.
Basic covers one company. Business covers up to three, with supplier bills, expenses, per diem and cash flow. Enterprise has no limit on companies and adds Staff and time off. The trial includes everything for three months, so you can set up all your companies before you choose. See pricing.
Companies in Romania can also send invoices to ANAF through e-Factura; the e-invoicing page lists what's supported by country.
Questions
Multiple companies in FocalHQ, answered plainly.
Do I need a separate account for each company?
No. One login reaches every company you belong to, and you switch between them from the sidebar.
Can my accountant see only one of my companies?
Yes. Invitations are per company, so your accountant sees only the companies you invite them to.
Is data shared between companies?
No. Each company's invoices, clients, bills, expenses and documents are kept apart. Nothing moves between companies unless you enter it again.
Can I see a consolidated view of all my companies?
Not today. Dashboards and reports are per company.
How many companies can I add?
One on Basic, up to three on Business, and as many as you need on Enterprise. The trial includes everything.
