Software for founders running several companiesSeveral companies. One login.
Owning more than one company usually means more than one of everything: logins, spreadsheets, inboxes. FocalHQ gives you one workspace where each company keeps its own records and you switch between them in a click.

Why owners use it
One place to look, without mixing anything up.
One login, every company
Sign in once and switch between the companies you own or belong to. No second account, no second password.
Data kept apart
Invoices, bills, expenses, cash and people are isolated per company. Nothing from one shows up in another.
Roles per company
You can be Owner in one company and Member in another. Teammates and your accountant join each company by invitation.
Quick company setup
Add a company from the EU VAT registry (VIES) and its legal details are filled in for you.
Cash flow and withdrawals
What each company actually has, and what you took out.
Every company has its own cash flow: each movement in and out, a monthly breakdown and net cash per period. When you pay yourself, the owner withdrawal is recorded against the company it came from, and its paperwork is filed in that company's documents automatically.
So the question "how much is left in this one after I paid myself" has an answer per company, not a total you have to untangle at year end. Receivables and supplier bills sit beside it, so you see what's coming in and what's due in the same place.
- Every movementMoney in and out, per company, per month.

Plans and phones
How many companies each plan covers.
Basic covers one company, Business up to three and Enterprise as many as you need. Business also brings supplier bills, expenses, trips, per diem, documents and cash flow, so it's where most owners with a second company start. Prices per seat are on the pricing page, and multi-company explains how separation works in detail.
The native iPhone app has the same modules as the web, unlocked with Face ID or Touch ID, and sends a push notification when a supplier bill arrives or a document is ready. The App Store listing is coming soon.
Questions
What owners of several companies ask.
Do I need a separate account for each company?
No. One login gives you every company you belong to, and you switch between them in a click.
Can people in one company see another company's data?
No. Data is isolated per company and people are invited per company, so a teammate in one company sees nothing of the others unless they're invited there too.
How many companies can I add?
One on Basic, up to three on Business and unlimited on Enterprise. During the trial every module is available.
Is there a combined view across all my companies?
Not today. Each company has its own dashboards and cash flow; you switch to see the next one. That keeps every number clearly tied to the company it belongs to.
Does FocalHQ do the bookkeeping for my companies?
No. FocalHQ isn't accounting software. It holds the invoices, bills, expenses and cash records your accountant books from, and you can invite them to each company.
